Refund Policy

At Three Brothers Farms, we take utmost care in ensuring that every product reaches you in perfect condition - pure, fresh, and safely packed.

Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellation, return, or refund requests.

However, we value our customers and are always willing to assist in rare cases where there are genuine issues such as damage, missing items, or spoilage. In such cases, we will work closely with you to arrive at a fair and satisfactory resolution.

1. Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery by emailing contact@threebrothersfarms.com.

Your email must include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Clear image of the invoice
  • Two clear images of the damaged product

In case of multiple items in one shipment, refunds or replacements will only apply to the affected product(s).

Our customer care team will respond within 24–48 hours and provide full assistance to resolve your concern promptly.

2. Missing Product

If any product is missing from your order, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery via email at contact@threebrothersfarms.com.

Your email must include:

  • Order number
  • Image of the invoice
  • Two clear images of the opened package showing all items received

Once verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement for the missing product.

Our customer care team will respond within 24–48 hours and assist you throughout the process.

3. Spoiled Product

If you believe the product received is spoiled or unfit for consumption, please contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery at contact@threebrothersfarms.com.

Kindly share:

  • Order number
  • Date of packaging / manufacturing (as printed on the product)
  • Clear images or video showing the issue

Please note:

  • Variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma are normal in natural, traditionally made products. As our items are handcrafted or processed in small batches without artificial preservatives or chemicals, no two batches will be identical.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for such natural variations.
  • However, if the product is genuinely spoiled, we will replace it after necessary verification and quality checks.

We assure you that all cases are handled with fairness and transparency. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours to assist you completely.

Additional Notes

  • All decisions regarding refunds or replacements are subject to verification by the Three Brothers Farms Quality Team.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Our policy aligns with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and is applicable to all deliveries made within India, including Bihar.
